TL;DR: Do the RDM as usual, but clarify the publishing of every bit of information with your industry partners.

Hello Mario,

first of all you have to think about the contradictions between an "open access" project and one that is conducted under a NDA. Of course you would like to share your data as open as possible, yet you have to verify the publication of data with your industry partners.
You may be allowed to publish data if it is anonymised. In every case it is very important to clarify the publication of any information with your industry partners. Maybe explain themthe benefits of this if they are uncertain if or why they should agree to this.

If you are not allowed to share data whatsoever, the data management in the project is still as relevant as it would be otherwise.

Greetings
Tobias
